Victory Virtual Solutions, formerly known as VAASST Virtual Assistance
Firm, was started in 2006 by Gwendolyn Wright. Gwendolyn had worked as an in-house real estate office manager for a while
and began to realize that she could do all the things that she did for the owner-including answer telephones- from an off-site
location. Gwendolyn began to research the idea online and discovered that there was an industry already formed for virtual
assistance!
After much prayer and consideration, Gwendolyn received the blessings of her Lord and her husband
to open a virtual assistant business. The original name was simply VAASST Virtual Administrative Assistant, and later transitioned
to VAASST Virtual Assistance Firm. The current and final name, Victory Virtual Solutions, was established because Gwendolyn
felt moved to choose a name that was more representative of her values. Again after much prayer, the name Victory
was given. Who doesn't want to be affiliated with VICTORY?
In addition to working as a real estate office manager,
Gwendolyn has several years experience as an administrative assistant in real estate and general business settings,
small business ownership, and customer relations management.
As though owning and operating a virtual assistant
business does not keep her busy enough, Gwendolyn works as a youth counselor, mentor, volunteer (www.hopehavenlc.org) and facilitator for alcohol and drug group counseling.
